1. General

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and therefore strive not only to provide you with a comprehensive online offer, but also to guarantee your right to confidentiality of your personal data. In particular, the "General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR) and the Austrian Media Act serve as the legal basis.

2. Data Storage

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We process personal data that you have voluntarily entered within our website to maintain customer relationships, for our advertising and for order processing. The data required for this may be forwarded to service providers. However, we will neither sell your data to third parties nor market it in any other way.

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner in the context of cookies, as well as the name, address, email address and telephone number of the buyer.

In addition, the following data is also stored with us for the purpose of contract processing: Name, address, email address and telephone number. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. There is no data transmission to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of the credit card data to the processing payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.

If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years).

The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years).  The data is processed on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.

3.Cookies

In order to make your visit to our website as comfortable as possible, we use cookies to display the product range. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the website visitor's Internet browser. Of course, you can set your browser so that no cookies are stored on the hard drive or cookies that have already been stored are deleted.

4.Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by this cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if third parties process this data on Google's behalf. Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other Google data. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you can if applicable not use all functions of this website in full.

Our online offer contains links to other websites. This data protection notice only applies to our website. We assume no responsibility for third-party content that is made available for use via links and is specially marked, and we do not adopt their content as our own. The provider of the website to which reference was made is solely liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and for damage caused by the use or non-use of the information. The editors are only responsible for third-party references if they have positive knowledge of them, i.e. also of any illegal or criminal content, and it is technically possible and reasonable to prevent their use.

If you have consented to receiving our newsletter, we will use your e-mail address to send you an e-mail newsletter that appears several times a year with information about products, promotions and news from our vinotheque.
